  6. Note:I used an almost equal quantity of both gizzard and plantains you can have more of what you prefer.
  7. Fry the onions for a bit, add diced carrots. After a while add sliced scotch bonnets and tomatoes (maybe one bulb) and fry
  8. Add the spring onions and beans and stir fry for a little while
  9. Add a little of the sieved gizzard stock at this time and stir for a while.
  10. Taste for salt. Add both gizzard and plantains at this time and fry together. Then add the bell peppers (I added it last so it doesnโ€™t get โ€œsoggyโ€ or overcooked) stir fry all together. And let steam for about 5 minutes.
  11. Done! Serve with a chilled glass of Fanta ๐Ÿ™ˆ
