  3. Take 1 Green Chilli chopped

  6. Prepare 1 pinch Asafoetida/Hing
  7. Get 1 Bay Leaf
  8. Get 4 Green cardamom
  9. Prepare 5 Black peppercorns
  10. Get 2 Laung/cloves
  11. Take 1/2 Teaspoon red chilli powder
  12. Take 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  13. Get Teaspoon Cumin Powder
  14. Take to taste Salt
  15. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
  16. Get 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
  17. Prepare 2 Cashew
  18. Prepare 2 Almonds
  19. Make ready 1 tablespoon Malai or homemade cream

  9. Add ground tomato paste and little milk. Mix well and cook on a medium flame.
  10. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, little salt. Crush the kasuri methi between the palms and add to the pan. Mix well.
  11. Add garam masala add mix well. Then add sauteed ridge gourd. Add malai/homemade cream and mix well. Cook for couple of minutes or until oil leaves. The switch off the flame.
  12. Delicious 'Shahi Turai Ki Sabji' is ready to be served.
